Today I have the opportunity to present a new publisher. Marisa Chenery is an awesome author and now she is also the owner of Forever More Publishing.
It's a real pleasure to get to present Forever More Publishing and get to follow Marisa's career. I got to read Marisa's first book many years ago and since then she has come out blazing with many more great stories.
Hi Marisa. Thanks for joining us and sharing Forever More Publishing with us.
Tell us about yourself and why you branched into being a publisher and an author.
I decided to open my own publishing house after I self-published a couple of my own books. I've been an editor as well as an author for a couple of years now and felt I was ready to take this new direction. It's a lot of work running my own house, but I find it very rewarding.
When did Forever More Publishing open?
We had our official opening on January 4th of this year.
What type of stories are you looking for?
I'm looking for mainstream romance, young adult romance, erotic romance and erotica in any genre or heat level.
Are you looking to sign new authors?
Definitely. One of our first authors had her debut book released on our official opening.
Who are some of your current authors?
We only have two authors right now. Darragha Foster, who is already multi-published, and Dakota Hunter, who is brand new.
How many titles do you plan on publishing each month?
I hope to publish four books a month, but we still haven't reached that level yet.
What can authors expect when working with Forever More Publishing?
They'll find me very hands-on and available most of the time for questions or concerns that need to be addressed. Right now, I'm the only editor. We have a great cover artist, April Martinez, who I think does some of the best covers in the epublishing industry.
Where can readers find Forever More Publishing titles?
Amazon, Your Site, etc. I made the decision not to sell our books through our website. Personally, as an author, I've seen my publisher's website sales drop compared to third party distributors. They will be available through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Apple, All Romance Ebooks and Smashwords.
What is Forever More Publishing's first release?
Our first releases were With Intent written by Darragha Foster. It's an erotic paranormal romance that focuses on two Norse gods. The second is Ghost of Her Dreams by Dakota Hunter, which is an erotic paranormal romance as well.
What are your first year plans?
I plan to publish great books that readers will enjoy. I hope to see the FMP family grow as more authors sign on.
