A NIGHT OWL REVIEWS BOOK REVIEW | Reviewed by: Vallerianna

Landon and Aaron Bernhart don't want to join the family business and take over when their uncle retires, after all being Santa is a stressful job. So they moved to Crystal Falls to run a cookie business. If they fail they'll have no choice but to return to the North Pole, so failure is not an option. Jayne Edgars doesn't believe in Santa. After all he never came through on any of the letters that she wrote and she found all but one in her mother's dresser drawer. When the town's hottest new residents claim to be from the North Pole, Jayne is skeptical. Can Landon change her mind and show her the magic of Christmas or will her cynicism drive him back to the North Pole

This was a fun quick read and definitely leaves the door open for a sequel. I love the fact that Landon tries so hard to change Jayne's mind, but it's my opinion that he gave up a little too soon. Thank goodness his brother was there to fix things. I'm definitely looking forward to Aaron's story.

Book Blurb for Exiles From Christmas

Length: Short

Can Jayne convince Santa to take her off the naughty list?

Santa’s nephews have come to Crystal Falls to run a cookie business. If they fail, they’ll have to go back to the North Pole and fill their uncle’s black boots when he retires. But sick of toys, elves, and the North Pole’s influence, that’s the last thing Landon and Aaron want. They’re looking for love.

Jayne isn’t much for sentimental family holidays and she certainly doesn’t believe in magic. Working in the Crystal Falls post office, she is mystified when she handles mail bearing a North Pole postal mark.

When Landon and Jayne meet, their attraction for each other is undeniable, but will the truth about Landon’s life make Jayne’s a believer, or will it be his love that finally melts her heart?
