A NIGHT OWL REVIEWS BOOK REVIEW | Reviewed by: STrimble
Cheryl Dragon has done a wonderful job of writing a love story, which displays a non-traditional relationship. Cheryl uses great description and vivid characters to spin a fascinating tale of one woman, who falls in love with four men. Those men just happen to be in love with each other as well. The sexual scenes are quite descriptive and easy to visualize. Readers should be aware that this is a tale of group sex and male on male relationships. The story starts out with one gay couple, Andrew and Stuart; Frank and Jessica who are a couple; and a fifth wheel, Eric who's the best friend and secret lover of the heterosexual male, Frank. Frank has to eventually decide if he'd rather remain celibate with Jessica, thus giving up Eric, or risk losing Jessica by telling her the truth of his sexuality. Andrew and Stuart are tired of working with Jessica and watching her wait for Frank to come back to their small town to marry her. They are in love with her and want to show her how great things can be if she isn't miserable. Finally, everyone gets their chance when Jessica decides she wants a surprise birthday party. The surprise part: four men pleasuring her while she's blindfolded. She finds it even more erotic that they are into pleasing each other just as much. Jessica loves the scenario but she worries about how to proceed the next day. She decides to lay her terms on the table with Frank and make him decide if he'd rather make millions or be with her. Before she has time to confront him, he and the other three men break the news to her. Then the five residents of Lucky Springs have to decide how to practice their lifestyle without detection. Eventually, the fear of being ousted is overcome by love and the desire to have all of them together. It's a true romance of unusual proportions.
