This was a very good book. Gabriel was a really interesting character. He was strong, brave, caring and handsome. He also knew a lot of interesting history. Dori Gallagher was smart and brave. I enjoyed her. The plot was intriguing and pulled me in. The supernatural creatures were interesting too. The enemy was evil and a good foe. I enjoyed how Gabriel and Dori got to know each other and eventually fell from lust and into love. The chemistry was there and the romantic scenes were well done. I liked the humor the author put into this story. This book did not drag at all. There was good bits of uniqueness, action, and romance. Everything was written how I like it. You get wonderful characters and twists too.
