Shona Husk put together an amazing story about loss, love, redemption and discovery. The Goblin King is different from any other Paranormal Romance on the market today. Husk brings to life a love of legends and the creatures that help facilitate that love. Goblins may seem scary, greedy, and archaic but the goblins of this story are dashing, smoldering and intelligent. Roan wants to find a way to free his soul instead of turning into a Hoard Goblin, but as the days pass he feels his soul less and less while gold seems more alluring. That is until he happens to be summoned by Eliza. Eliza once dreamed of a rescuer who took her to a sunny meadow and made her feel safe - looking for that same type of rescue Eliza summons Roan without realizing, that by doing so, she will be forever transformed, and might even have to power to transform Roan. Together Roan and Eliza try to find a way to free Roan from his curse and Eliza from her fate. Destiny has nothing to do with it and Eliza will put in everything she has to try to keep the man she's made for.
