He has been searching for years for the long lost Rose heiress. Years and decades of searching everywhere in the United States for her and then he stumbles upon her. He knew from stories that the long lost heiress would be magical but no one told him she would be stubborn as hell. As a bard, a musician in the other world, he must get her in time before the society over rules his queen. He knows it is wrong but somehow he has come to fall for his human. As a bodyguard he is sucking, for all he wants to do is keep Meagan in his life and not in the world of Fae. As his queen’s minion he has to get Meagan in time but in his heart he knows she is the one for him. She might be the long lost heiress but Ric knows that she belongs to him heart and soul. Can Ric convince the Lady of Rose that she belongs to him, a lonely bard with just music to support him?
I love it when Cindy Spencer Pape creates magic in a way that is unforgettable. She has an awesome imagination. I loved everybody in this book from the snobbish queen, Ric with his beautiful songs, Meagan with her artistic imagination and the magic around them. Cindy did a beautiful job to make this story come to life from the scenery to Meagan’s painting you can almost see the Fae people. This book wasn’t just about Meagan and her sexy musician Ric but also the other characters like her cousin Aidan and Elise. Now what got to me in this book was that Meagan is a woman who thought she had no family and then wham Cindy gives her a huge shock. I loved that through it all Cindy did a great job in keeping the story flowing with ease all the way to the end. I just loved it and definitely highly recommended it. Stay tuned to the next one in this series involving Aidan.

Book Blurb for Motor City Fae
Detroit artist Meagan Kelly has had a strong sixth sense all her life, but that doesn't mean the gorgeous stranger's crazy story—that she's a half-elf, half human heiress—is true. But Meagan can't deny the evidence of her own eyes—he's Fae. A tall, blond, handsome, pointy-eared elf—and a man she just can't get enough of.
Ric Thornhill's assignment just got a lot more complicated. The more time he spends with Meagan, the harder it is to see her as a political tool to prevent an all-out war between humans and Fae.
Now Meagan's in a race to master her newly released powers in time to prevent the conflict, convince a jealous Queen not to strip Ric of his powers, and find out if she can build a life that straddles two worlds.
