Salena has been pinning for Trevor for such a long time that she figures that there is no hope. Trevor is a love`em and leave'em kind of guy and that's not for her. They meet for game night to watch whatever game is playing at her neighbor's house on Friday night and tonight is no different from any other. Salena decides that she just can't stand it anymore and leaves to spend time with herself. Trevor decides that he has had enough of Salena ignoring him and in the guise of bringing leftover food to her house, he makes his move. What starts off as a friends to lovers story, ends with so much more. For such a short story, Ms. Lace packs a lot in such a short time. While the chemistry is off the charts, the emotional depth of Salena and Trevor is unsurpassed. The emotional scenes were clear, concise and choked me up. Great job. My one compliant is I would have liked an epilogue. I recommend Game Night for anyone that wants a short, hot and an emotional deep story about two people that need each other and belong to each other.
