Ms. London's Leap of Faith caught me by surprise in her unique ability to capture the emotions of her characters. I found myself especially drawn to Faith. Her raw vulnerability blended well with the contrast of her strength and I began championing her early on in the story. This desire increased considerably as further knowledge of Faith's plight unraveled. More surprises were in store with the male characters and it's easy to believe even they had no idea one woman could ignite the feelings nestled within themselves. Although one particular male emerges in my mind as the obvious hero, the other is certainly one to keep an eye on and it's the first time I've caught myself yearning for both to succeed in their quest. Leap of Faith is not only about romance but a rare challenge to test the heart and what lies within.
