Morgan watched the woman, Alexis, walk down wondering why he had been sent to guard her. He was an alpha werewolf of his clan and he did not have the time to be watching her. Alexis walk down the sidewalk unaware that werewolves were watching her. Out sprung a huntress with a sword ready to fight her because she smelled a little like a vampire and the huntress wanted to kill the vampire. As Alexis lay on the sidewalk, she got lucky that the werewolves were there to save her. However, Alexis saw the blood on her hands and passed out. Morgan took her to his mansion and took off her clothes to have them washed because his second Rafe was sneezing at them. Rafe is allergic to cats. What is Alexis part-human and part-inhuman? You will have to read it to find out.
The author has woven a fast paced erotica romance. All of the characters are intelligent, and well rounded individuals. Like other reviewers of her book, I hope she continues the story.
